To all handball players in the cities of Billings, Bozeman, Butte, Helena, Great Falls, Kalispell, Missoula and maybe Spokane, Sandpoint and Lewiston:

City vs. City competition is where a group of players from one city travel to another city for a day of handball. The winning city would hold the Perpetual Trophy and the losers would buy dinner for the winners. The losing city may re-challenge in 3 months if no other city issues a challenge within that 3 months. Challenges should be scheduled a month in advance and should not conflict with state, regional or national tournaments unless the defending city agrees otherwise.
